I got this earlier this month for £40 from Tesco, so hot from me, great printer.

Purchased this last week from ASDA, anyone know if they will refund the difference?

Full price in Ipswich.

I've got this. Bought generic cartridges but only certain colours work

Buy another one. Take it back to customer services with your original receipt. No hassle

£45 in asda antrim

Does anyone know what "animal" cartridges these printers take?

Re the cartridges: it's not the 'animal' ones it uses, it's the 'flower' (a daisy?) ones - I should know I've bought enough of 'em!

More than ok. Bought a pack of 15x inks off a certain merchant site for £3.99 and I almost never print in B&W anymore because inks are (literally) dirt cheap!

just don't upgrade the firmware on the printer. As can reject some cartridges. As someone said you can get about 15 cartridges for about £4 on flebay that work really well

Ink drinker, had one over a year printer updates will switch off non Epson Carts

Mine now rejects the cyan cartridges bought from ebay. I don't recall doing an update. can I restore to original state?

Hi, I'm looking for a new Epson all in one wifi printer but need one that will work with compatible inks. Do you know if all Epson printers will cease to work with compatibles? Thanks.

Correct me if I'm wrong, You are commenting that this is the normal selling price at Asda in Stoke on Trent? but it is a wild goose chase trying to find one , like some of the store specific Tesco deals?

Sorry I re-read your comment and added the verbs to make it make sense. "These are at the normal price of £xx in Asda Stoke-on-Trent, wild goose chase.. ( I'm sorry I cannot elaborate).

1 left in Hartlepool and will not price match. Still on sale for £45

Went into Sheffield Handsworth ASDA and pick one up for £30 this morning but was the last one on the shelf.
