Bought this on an amazon sale for about £30 would say its overpriced at £30 due to head issues
Loads of problems with my Epson printer , hence wouldn't consider this make again , bought because of the name but very disappointed
I have this printer, it seems to randomly go offline and can’t find wi-fi... usually when I’m in a rush to print something.. I wouldn’t buy another
I have an Epson multi function inkjet printer, it’s now 8 years old and still going strong.

only ever ran it on compatible cartridges too. Oh and a full set for my printer costs £4!
My 10 year old px 710 is still churning it out and despite the occasional kick it refuses to die.
Be careful. I have a WF 2750...they issued a firmware update preventing the use of aftermarket cartridges. Fortunately, I didn't apply it when initially setting it up so I'm OK. They may ship with this feature now though. It's £38 for a set of original cartridges from Tesco for mine.
Amazon have matched, recommend it...
I have a 2750 n 2650 from when on offer @ Amazon using none original carts. (Ink makers worked around updates)

I also have the WF-2650 (from Amazon, & made a profit) about 3 years ago now, thanks to HUKD (£30 cashback from Epson) It's in the cupboard, AH yes, the beauty of wireless, eh It's "clunky", but it does the job well, AND as mentioned will work happily with compatible inks. I tend to avoid the offer of updates, as I believe if it AIN'T broke, don't fix it.
Colour lasers are so cheap now, and much cheaper per page, that i don't understand why anyone would buy inkjet. If you use it frequently it costs a fortune, if not it dries up.
Recently bought this and it's been a nightmare.
And now I find out that compatible inks won't work.
Going in the bin after the cartridges run out.
I have the wf 2650.

Maybe for these who print Photos out, have you tried to print onto glossy paper using a laser printer???? I think not.

Yes, I agree (if you're looking for very high quality prints), though printing photos with an inkjet is VERY expensive whereas you can print online, or even in stores like Jessops, very cheaply. If you were buying it to print photos this wouldn't be the best machine anyway: you'd want a machine designed for photo printing, probably with at least 6 colours.

Acturally mt Dell 1250c laser (quite old) makes a decent job of photos on semi-gloss paper; I have been surprised.
