So we end up spending £30 a time, only to be told the ink's empty every time we go to use. I ended up getting a laser printer for myself in the end.

If this is anything like the 2660 (which looks identical) I'd avoid it at all costs. The wi-fi connectivity is useless, it never connects, and the ink seems to disappear into thin air.

I have a 2750. The wifi is very good. Cheap compatible ink is available on Amazon and ebay, and the print quality and speed are both good.

OK, so does this come with any ink? I presumed it does and brought btw (thanks OP). But now looking it doesn't say anything on the currys website nor the Epsom one????

It comes with one set of ink cartridges
I bought this the other day for £59.99. I'm quite obsessive about looking for good value for money and this is a good price for what you get. Some nice features and seems a lot more robust than previous home printers, it is marketed as an office printer which may be why. Can't go wrong for this price. You do get colour ink and black ink included, colour inks are 3 separate cartridges which is better.

I have the HP 6830 pro and the print-head has gone kaput! Tried to clean it with auto method and manually too to no avail. Hopefully this one is better, time will tell.
I got the 3560... worst printer I've ever owned, I ended up buying a Samsung laser printer for half the price... much better.
i use one of these for printing of my amazon orders, it has printed 48000 a4 forms to date and still works perfectly and thats with it living on my desk in a very cold garage. i use the tesco own brand ink which has also never let me down. the pack of 4 cartridges is about £12 and the single black is £4.

Inks are expensive and non oem not working very well(tried one from ebay).

There are some good third-party inks available on Amazon for low prices.

Their cheapest one as I don’t need wireless, I just plug it into my router and print wirelessly that way.

I have WF-2720 which similar price and functionality apart from the ppm , came with starter ink pack black lasted only 50pages , luckily I bought a spare pack it was on offer, however WF-2750 have to buy only expensive version of the ink. On other hand WF-2720 can use both ink.

It does come with a full set of inks but it will take a load to prime the printer for first use. So it will go quicker than normal.
Hp all the way with their ink program fantastic machines
For the love of god do not buy this printer. I am (fairly) technical and it took 3 hours to set up on my mac. When I did, the software send my 100% reliable 4 y/o mac in to a continual re-boot cycle until I managed to get it to stay o long enough to delete it.

If you need further reasons not to buy:
- The WIFI is quite frankly ridiculous. Positioned NEXT to the router it barely picks it up.
- (on a mac) you need to install several different printer profiles, (one for USB, one for WIFI, one for fax....)
- Getting it to print without stripes or patches involves many, many head cleans (2 hours worth)
- There is no way to print B&W if you lose a colour print cartridge.
- Whatever setingsI try the b*stard will only print on A3 paper.

Honestly, I hate this thing....with a passion.

I find the WiFi very good. Also surprised that yours only prints on A3 paper, because it’s an A4 printer and can’t print on A3.
Last weekend got it from curry’s after a lot of deliberation. Comes with one set of cartridges.
Managed to set up for Wi-fi prining on a PC, AirPrint on iPhone n iPad and lastly with MAC desktop. It wasn’t easy but it worked in the end.

On iphones and ipad ensure all related epson apps are installed. Also there is an app to detect epson AirPrint in case your device doesn’t see printer.

All in all it took me an hour to set up all devices on wifi.

Worth the effort after considering cost of the printer and features.

Now let’s see how it performs

hope this helps

I have the WF-7620 which is identical and prints A3 (although I think you probably knew that and are just being smart). i'm also just sharing my honest experience using this piece of junk, it also seems I am not the only one th have wifi issues...

Not at all. My point was that you didn't appear to be using the same printer as is the subject of the deal. I've never used a WF-7620, so I don't know how good or otherwise its wi-fi is.
Awful printer. Loads of problems, no support from Epson. Ink is cheap but doesn't last very long. Network connections, wired and wifi are abysmal.
