Yeah I tried to buy one but the site crashed every time I went to checkout!!

There is an Epson app - iprint. To print from iPhone / iPad.

Good luck getting wireless printing working, may work for a bit , but then goes into beligerent mode

Not the best deal. As previously mentioned, there were many Epsons going on sale - 312 at £39 (Tesco), 412 at £34 (Tesco). This happened two weeks and one week ago so expect better deals coming along.

would never look at cheap printers again, go for the best value print cartridges. often it's cheaper just to buy a new printer each time.

Anyone recommend a CD/DVD printer which wont break the bank please?

Epsom worst printers ever!

Totally agree, after having plenty of cheap printers and managing a fleet of them at work!

I've now got one of these, and it works great

Canon MG3550 works out at £34.99 with discount and has much better reviews

I love how the ink costs more than printers these days.

The problem with all of these is the ink drying out if they are not used on a fairly regular basis. Loved Epson inject printers, but had to give up and get a laser due to this problem.

Unfortunately the ink costs a fortune for this.

I have 2 printers, they are both Epsom`s, the first was bought in 1995 and it cost about £110. the printer was used by each of my 3 children to print out school and college work. I only ever used third party ink cartridges, the printer still works but is rarely used.
I now use a Epsom 3 in 1 on a daily basis, I bought some refillable cartridges from eBay and some bottles of ink, after the initial cost of the cartridges £15 which came with a small amount of ink, then the cost of £10 for a set of
4 bottles of ink, 1 of each colour (100ml), each bottle will fill a cartridge 10 times, which works out at £2.50 a time to fill all 4 cartridges. Then it gets really cheap as you then only have the cost of the ink, so it works out at 10p per time for each cartridge 40p for all 4 now that's cheap !!
The only downside is that some times the printer will not recognise the cartridge, so you have to remove it then reinsert to get the printer to accept it. That can be a pain in the whatsit, but for what it costs me to run the printer as much as I do it is well worth it. The refillable cartridges are readily available for most Epsom printers but not for some other makes.

Even compatible refilled inks?

STAY AWAY FROM EPSON Printers!!!

I had a great HP, and still have, but wanted a wi-fi printer .... so chose an Epson - worst thing I have ever done, printer wise.

The Cyan ink ran out, OK I thought .. no bother I can print in Black and White .. Errrrr, NO!

Epson decides that if you have no ink in ONE cartridge it won't allow you to print AT ALL !!!

Excuse me? Who owns the printer? If I want Black and white I should be able to have Black and White!

I have a lump of crap sitting in my dining room .... I bought Tesco Cyan cartridge and it says it's not theirs so it's not allowing me to use it ......... so, basically, stay away from Epson Printers at all cost!!!

Cheers for that pal. Really helped me.

I have the Epson xp 205. the ink is very cheap. can print from tablet or phone as well as pcs. as stated above you need all cartridges in to use it but I buy very cheap ink from eBay or amazon so I dont find it a problem. I have had many other printers and expensive ink was an issue, not now. sometimes the odd cartridge causes an issue and needs to be reset a couple of times because I use none Epson cartridges. but for the price I can live with that.

I tried to purchase this printer for the cheap ink cartridges but the code is not working.

Still using an Epson printer from 10? years ago, maybe more. Compatible ink carts are dirt cheap, printing onto DVDs is no problem and still works fine. Have a bit of trouble with it not loading the paper now and then but I don't see any point in upgrading yet!

same here, looking for a cheap cd/dvd printer, anyone recommend one under £75 (anyone using one)?

Speaking direct to Ryman, they're adamant that the code is not applicable to printers. Has anyone got it to work?

Ryman often do this with thier codes, say they are not applicable to printers but the codes usually do work on printers until someone realises and turns the printers off.

Heat added!!
