If you want hassle and frustration from Epson buy it, my eperiance of customer service is very negative spent over 4 hours in total did not achieve anything regarding faulty printer, just got gibberish nonsense from so called technical help line. just repeating themselves over and over again in a call centre in Spain and they think they know it all.

They are really annoying and the best part is you have to pay 10p per minute plus network charge for the grief and the reviews are revolting.
Very cheap compatible inks for this available
Does it work with Widows XP ? Thanks

If it’s still within warranty you point of contact and contract is with the seller...it’s up to them to sort. What was the problem you had to phone Spain?

I would agree with torby - if the printer is less than a year old you should be heading back to where you bought from; furthermore, at 40 quid and if it's more than a year old/out of warranty I'd dump it (I know not very environmentally friendly) and buy another.
