I was in the market for a more powerful drill than what I have currently. I started with the usual brands and then came across this, watched a few YouTube videos and I am collecting this tomorrow. There isn't anything close to this type of money and the Dewalts, Makita's, etc are c£400-£500

I'll be using this as a bridge between my SGS and Impact, so that I don't have to carry so many tools for smaller jobs.

3-function combi drill with 13mm keyless metal chuck, trigger-activated LED and convenient belt clip. Keep Cool battery technology actively manages temperature, so cells do not overheat, giving more power, longer run time and battery life. Part of the Erbauer EXT and EXT EliteCell, one battery system, running multiple tools for increased flexibility. Compatible with all Erbauer 18V EXT and EXT EliteCell batteries and chargers. Supplied with charger and carry case.

  • 2 x 5.0Ah Li-Ion Batteries
  • 60min Charge Time
  • Max. Torque: 120Nm
  • 24 Torque Settings + Drill + Hammer Drill
  • 13mm Keyless Chuck
  • 2-Speed
  • All-Metal Gearbox
  • Electronic Brake
  • LED Work Light
  • Automatic Spindle Lock

Im a gas heating engineer and was a Makita fan before some lowlife scumbag stole my kit out of my vehicle. I took a chance on Erbauer as I didn't want to again spend so much money replacing them. I now have the whole range of Erbauer tools, they have never let me down and the battery's last a long time, theyre reliable and feel quality In the hand. I'd highly recommended them to anyone don't be a brand snob

Ive been using this 120nm drill for 3 years now and its a beast for a little combi, it blasts through everything with a good drill bit, i have literally every 18v tool erbauer made, ive even got the 36v sds, 36v mower and the 240v 305mm sliding mitre saw, they're all fantastic every single one

Picked this up a year ago at £139 so this is a great price.

Use this for the first time today, it’s quite a big step up from what I was using. Lots more torque and when using a flat bit it chewed through the wood easily. It won’t replace my SGS but it’s a good medium ground.

I bought this drill 3 years ago. It’s taken a battering. Still going strong. Bear in mind, the batteries alone are almost £60 each. So this is a steal at this price.

I need a multi-tool and I am in between Bosch Pro series and Erbauer. Still couldn’t decide which one to go. Anyone used Erbauer multi tool?

Just ordered this, was going for the Dewalt deal and seen this on screwfix, looked at reviews all 5 star but one 4 out of 37. Specs look great , no brainer?
    Just to add Brushless. (edited)

This looks decent and seemingly high quality. I was also looking at some of the combo kits with an impact drivers (Dewalt) and the Makita DHP486Z (which is about £220 with 1 battery, case e.t.c).

It seems that Dewalt quality has dropped a little over the year, Makita is mostly consistent but isn't short of it's own issues. Making me think this Erbauer could be punching above it's weight, but then it comes down to the battery eco system as well. I currently have 2x Works 20v batteries for a pressure washer. I suspect I am just going to end up with multiple different brands for every application which isn't ideal

I think in reality I only need one drill, and with the torque level of this one it seems like a no brainer i.e two in one?

EDIT: It seems this one also has reliability issues two units burning out screwfix.com/p/e…5fv

I need a drill solution that will cover everything from basics like putting together furniture, up to being fully DIY ready such as screwing in fencing, decking, mounting things on garage walls e.t.c

My current Bosch is utterly hopeless but it's equally an old 1.2ah drill and it can barely tickle anything. (edited)

I would get the drill in the listing. It has two motor settings. 1 for lighter weight stuff and 2 for more power.
