Ethel Austin Sale on

I was going to town today (once in a year event for me) :-p and i saw on mse someone said that they have a sale on. So i went to see if it's true. And there on the window it says "everything must go"

Someone on mse said it's closing this week. Not sure if this is true or not, but they had lots of clothes in there still, and they had slippers some where £1, and some were £2. so all under £4, they had night gowns on offer, and tights, and lots of stuff, they also had duvet sets from £20 to £15, and also some reduced make up on the make up section.

Didnt look at everything as i hate shopping.

Hope its some help to people

They did find a buying last time in 2008 I think but I don't think they have found one this time.

my local ones closing to

The Morley, Leeds store told me on Saturday that they are staying open so not all stores are closing down...at least for the time being.

I've been to Ethel Austin since they've gone into administration, into their clearance sales and the baby stuff (some of the clothes are really cheap looking) is not too bad at all, managed to pick up top + denim dress or top + cord dress sets for about £4 each, cord trousers for £3, thick printed jeans for £3 and these were good quality - some of their fleece clothing is rubbish but if you look at denim and cord baby stuff you should be able to pick something good up. Not sure of boy clothes as I have a baby girl.

Also saw a denim dress with top & tights 3-piece set in instore for only £3.99 which wasn't too bad at all incase you were interested.

But anyway I recommend checking the store out before they close.
