Cold. DO NOT BUY EUFY PRODUCTS. They are uploading all data to cloud without encryption and anyone can access/view your recordings.

Just to say I've contacted Amazon and as I hadn't opened my doorbell yet (bought it a couple of months ago) and they've accepted the return.

So thanks for posting, not happy about the multiple insecurities but had accepted it was easily stolen and wiped since I didn't intend to use it as a security device.

Off to buy a dumb doorbell, since I'll wait for Matter to mature now...

Are there any other slightly more official Links? I'm not saying it's a lie, but a twitter post and a visible 128 aes key -clearly not 'military grade' as they say, but could be the public key for all i know (which isn't much!) and Where's the response from eufy? (Or didn't they?)

I was given a eufy camera to test it, it was a solar camera and it went offline after running out of battery, eufy contacted me asking why the camera was offline lol

Another nail in the coffin for Eufy after it was discovered that any "thief" can take off with the device and delete the footage in the process!!

I didnt think that the solar panel worked at the moment on the cam 3s. I read that it will be by the end of 2022 with the aid of a converter. Hopefully its included.
