Heat added, ordered a set last week
3 for £350 on eufy site - ordered last night
Heat good price. The 2c is also £199.99. Both sets the cameras are interchangeable.
Got these back in January for £245, they are good, very reliable and the images are good enough quality night and day, just waiting for a good deal on the cameras only to add another one or two
What's the quality on night stills and videos and until which zoom level people's faces and car plates are actually recognisable?Just trying to get my mind up in this jungle of CCTV options.
Also, do you have a minimum of free cloud days footage included or subscription without free options?

Three questions:
1) What's the night time pics like? Can you make out faces
2) What is the real time battery life like?
3) In hindsight would you get the 2 again, or get the 2C or E model?

You’re not really going to get anything decent with night vision with any camera that uses infrared. Usually just burry figures unless they stand directly in front of the camera for 3-5 seconds without moving.

I have a 5MP Reolink PoE camera and the daytime and nighttime images are very good however if you introduce movement into the night vision it’s not great.

The only way to go now seems to be the Hikvision ColorVU cameras that give you colour vision even in darkness with no infrared whatsoever.

I’m wading through the jungle as well. If it helps I’ve just returned four Ring stick up HD battery cams. Very disappointed in them, unreliable (kept tripping out), night image not brilliant, only 30 seconds of recording and kept missing motion alerts of people walking directly passed them. Add on £80 a year cloud storage as well there was just no way. I’m tempted by a 5mp Hikvision but would have to have a professional to install it

£245 that's a good price. I am planning on getting the 2c and then adding the cam 2's if needed when they come on offer. There were £99 a few weeks ago on Amazon

That's not my experience, at night with my 4mp Hikvision it is not blurry, not great but definitely not blurred

Maybe smeary is a better word (maybe not). The clarity certainly isn’t there with moving images when the infrared is on and the sooner cameras can do without it the better.

I posted this deal last night at the same time as this deal but for some reason the mods have not posted it
There are 4 bundles with a mixture of cameras and Robovac on eufy website if anyone is interested. I bought a set of 3 eufycam2 cameras and Robovac 30C

Night time image is pretty good, obviously the closer to the camera the person is the better, forget zooming in the dark the image is too degraded to be useful.

Battery life for me looks like around 5 to 6 months on fairly high traffic area

I'm quite happy with these and am looking to add another one or two cameras

Criminals will hide their faces anyway, I'd say the main benefits are they're easy to install, set up, local storage and are a great deterrent as a clear red light indicates on the camera when recording. Hopefully that's enough for them to move on to another property

Thanks, does it have face detection? Can you tune the sensitivity due to branches, wind etc?

Yes does both, face detection obviously better if the person is looking directly at the camera, when you click on the face it opens it up a bit
