Won't this come with the EU plug?
And instructions in Italian?

More than likely but that's no issue. EU yo UK adapter for a quid or two and instructions in English from the Internet.

Mine came with both. The plug bit is interchangeable
Got these for the same £159 from Amazon UK a few months back. Excellent set in my opinion. Picture quality is great along with the sound. Can also use them to talk through. Battery life incredible. Local backup without fees. There is also now a matching doorbell that you can get without having to pay for the base (although I’ve not yet seen a UK retailer with one).
Does this only work with Alexa? Or can it be used with Google Hub too?

Hi. Can you confirm if camera's work if Internet
is down or it requires constant internet connection like blink? Thanks
I stand corrected
Does work fine with alexa.
Doesnt work when internet is disconnected.
Good system for the price worked seamless for me so far

It has google home hub support too, but there is a 12 to 15 second delay before it shows u a specific camera. Once the camera is displayed there is then lag between reality and whats seen on screen, roughly 5 seconds.
It also supports casting to android tv by telling your google home to display on the tv but the same delay happens.
It's ok "for the money" but quality wasn't as good as my older cheaper (unbranded) wired in 1080 cams. Their customer service is amazing! But sadly not quite up their on this product picture quality and sensitivity.

I ended up going for the 4k Arlo ultra instead, yes it's got a heft price tag, but at least you can make out a registration plate, unlike these.

Completely different tier of product you’re comparing them against. If you had the budget, then why would you even look at the Eufy products? Like comparing an Apple Watch to a cheap Android watch. Of course the Apple Watch would surpass the cheaper product.

I wouldn't say so as I was comparing to a cheap unbranded 1080 which had better quality than this. I then just went on to say I've since returned this and decided to go for a more all out expensive system which I can rate well. But yes that is in a different class

The picture I get from the Eufy is almost pixel perfect to my eye. Not sure what quality you were getting.

Just checked my Eufy in the garden the “lag” I get between moving and the live image on my mobile is less than 1 second (which surprised me, I expected it to be far more)

I just found that even in the day, you wouldn't be able to identify any more than what sort of clothes someone was wearing, zoom in to face face and there's no way you could work out as any kind of evidence (at all zoom levels, obviously zoom too much into anything and it's fuzzy) also even a car reg from across the road couldn't be made out (which my older wired and wireless DVR camera kit could. Same was for both cameras so wasn't a 1 off camera issue. Doesn't look like I've got any of the example images saved locally to show so this will just have to be taken as my word. I have read others saying about the picture quality too, even before getting the cameras but thought I'd give them a blast anyway.

It's a really shame, hope I didn't come across negative, I really like Anker stuff and this is only thing I've ever sent back, even got their Eufy robovac g10 and love it.

Strange, I can see and recognise the faces from the small icons that come with each recording. It is only 1080p so across the road you are unlikely to identify anyone.
The main issue I have is that the sensitivity has to be at max in order for it to react to recognise people rather than objects due to the camera being located above my cars so it reflects a lot and it only sees the top half of bodies, it then takes a couple of seconds more to recognise that it should record. Therefore I can’t keep it on human recognition at the front and it records every car that goes past. So the battery will only prob last 100 days or so.

Yeah the lag on mobile devices is not noticeable and as u said 1 second at most. Its only when displaying to Android TV and Google Home/Nest Hubs.
Can you save stream to NAS?

Thanks.
Great deal! Shame I just brought a blink xt2 system with some gift vouchers.
The eufy was my first choice but was just a bit too expensive and could not use my vouchers so went for the blink which i am very happy with.

I’m not very well up on the security cam terminology but from what I’ve read, it can save to NAS. I dunno if it works very well though.
Have a Google of it to double check.
