These were great before Dave Pearce and then MOS took them over. Still got majority of the original Telstar ones by PF Project/Red Jerry and Matt Darey.

Used to love the inlays, proper connected with me. Can't believe that part of my life was now 20 years ago!
Martin Garrix and Avicii are considered classics? On a trance CD? Get out. Get on music magpie and buy some of the 98/99/2000 cds if you want proper classics and not just the same overplayed 15-20 tracks from any other 'classics' CD.

Heh, I got so fed up classic CDs and other mixes being the same old tracks, I did my own.

What started off as a small project ended up getting out of control and had to be done digitally. All tracks from 97-05. Starting proggy and building up. Its currently at 25 hours long, I say currently, because I occasionally still add to it when I hear something and realise it's not on there! Only issue is it takes hours to export each time I make a change, so generally only add to it once a year now.

Great for long journeys though.

Been doing exactly the same myself for the past few years, compiling, editing and mixing, although I did it on vinyl (Serato) and have 3 house and 10 trance 80 minute cd friendly mixes.

I was looking through old tracklists on 1001 tracklists, specifically for nights I'd been to, and then DJs I used to follow. Then I'd try to source a mix I liked the look of, or most times, put it together myself. Soulseek was a gem from finding older white label stuff and DJ specific edits!

Might still actually have soulseek installed. It’s great for finding rare stuff.
Just search on "Renaissance presents" in Amazon and buy something a little more thought through.
The Red Jerry euphoria albums were the best
