These are jokers be warned I ordered something 2 months ago which were apparently in stock. 2 months of phone calls, emails etc and promises of a refund and still nothing having to escalate to paypal now. I know times have been hard lately but seriously 2 months!!!
Always compare carparts4less, their sister company, before buying. They are cheaper most of the time discount voucher or not.

I fully recommend checking you can't get the items cheaper on eBay first though. Discounts from here are more often than not. Still great prices but I bought a pair of Bosch wipers the other day for cheaper than 1 at like 50% off from here. And they're kosha

Hey yo post that deal son! Sounds like a good one.
More sales than DFS. That said I have used them loads and generally they have good prices and deliver quickly.
Bad experience here from them I am afraid. Bought 2 x 4 litres of Gulf Oil in March, only 1 delivered and also haven't heard back from them in over 2 months when chasing the 2nd bottle :-(

I've tried their BANK70 code yesterday on several pressure washer, code was not valid for these items. I've signed for their newsletter as they suggested they will send you a discount code. They did sent one and that one was not applying to pressure washers either. In within 12 hours after signing, I've received from them 5 emails. I think that's a bit too much. Don't sign for their newsletter, you'll get bombarded with emails and you still don't get a discount.

I'm not voting, as the code may apply to items others need, so if this is not a deal for me, it does not means is a bad deal.

I heard it was his brothers not his sisters?
Try ringing the branch direct, they are often cheaper than these so called vouchers , i wanted some brake discs and pads £110 on website with voucher or £90 via branch
Same here. Poor experience from them. . Took over a month to get my money back via PayPal escalation

They are fairly clear about what is and isn't included:

I get stuff from this outfit but they sell on ebay as carpartsbargains and online carparts4less.
I rarely use the actual Eurocarparts site, prices inflated.
Use code bank71 not this company moto but every little helps.
They have more sales than the Spanish armada.
Much as I like Euro for there handyness when you need a part quick I'm glad these deals go freezing cold now with there so called sales after inflating the prices. I use carparts4less there sister site unless I'm in a rush.
Let me know when they don’t have a sale.......

If you ordered the gulf cx oil that was posted on here it is outsourced by them from another supplier. I too ordered in March and it only turned up 2 weeks ago. Not really an issue but a bonus for me is they sent the order in 2 part deliveries, the second delivery been the full amount so I ended up with 5x4ltr extra!
Best get in quick before this sale ends

Not boasting but I got mine, bad luck. Just got to be careful with their pricing, I will say I've had some bargains, but the lion batteries I've had have been poor!

Same price for a gasket on cp4l as the discounted price on ecp. cp4l has 20% off which makes it cheaper by almost £3
Don't touch this. They take your cash and don't supply the goods. No chance of contacting them and very difficult to get your cash back. In the past they even put a non OEM part in a box instead of the expensive one.
Bought from them before. No issue or whatever

I bought a battery that turned out to be the incorrect one and they refuse to take any returns until after the covid virus has been cleared up.... whenever that may be No mention of this in their T&C

WONT be using them again

I have exactly the same experience. The more we can make buyers aware of the terrible customer service, the better. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JOKERS.
ECP are a joke, messing me around royally with regards to an order I made recently. Still haven’t received it and they are playing the covid card to the extreme. Even if it is cheaper, pay more and go somewhere else
Thanks
Always a discount on and its clearly displayed on their website so this doesnt need shared..
