As an European visitor to the UK, you will find out latest at the hotel, that the UK does use another electrical plug standard.
So you will need an UK visitors adapter.
At airport shops, you always have to pay almost 10 Pounds.
Going to Home Bargains makes it much cheaper.

From your laptop to your hairdryer, shaver and strengtheners, this adapter lets you use your EU devices far further afield.
Compatible with all EU countries.

Maybe you should think as a UK visitor (at a hotel) before voting this one cold.
It is very likely that this will happen to you when you are visiting another country.
I was shocked when they ask 10 ponds for an adater!

10 ponds for an adater?

That is pretty crazy!

Comes with some exotic fish though X)

Anyway, it is a decent price.

Will pick one up for this, as I did not read the auction fully X)

Your text here

Thanks OP.

Have a word with david cameron and he will give you a free house to go with the plug. Uk residents need not apply!

LMAO don't forget the frogs - they are more European

What a bargain......I work in a hotel and guests are always taking these with them usually buy a load from boots when they are 3 for 2 (£4.99 each) So will definately be getting a sack of these
Thanks and heat

As it entices foreigns to visit.... Cold.

what on earth are you talking about?
oh, I get it...you're assuming as a foreigner he'll be up for a junket - in this instance a 'free house'. Judging by his moniker 'Germandude', I'd expect he'll have been bankroling much of the 'free housing' across europe via his taxes.
btw thanks for the post OP, useful.

That response says a lot more about YOU than anybody else. Come all the way out of that closet.

Yes, it absolutely does - thanks for the observation.

If the picture is accurate I think it's one of the screw-on adaptors meant as a permanent fix for items supplied with a 2 pin euro plug, not a simple 3 to 2 pin shaver type adaptor for travel use.

If it's the former it's good value at 99p, if the latter they are widely available at this price.
