£39 fares have been available generally always so long as you book a month or two in advance..

Got an email saying they were doing double or triple points until the end of July - the day after I booked tickets. Any chance they'll help me out with the bonus points?

Heat added....coz there isn't enough heat in the air already today.

What’s the security and border control like these days at both ends? Is it any less hassle than flying? Would appreciate some pros/cons of using Eurostar to travel to Paris over flying

Otherwise heat for posting, I’m sure will be handy to many. (edited)

The pros are that it takes you from central London right in to the city centre at your destination rather than having to journey to and from airports that are further outside the centre. (edited)

Still need any tests to enter France or Netherlands?

Negative test or evidence of booster for France.

Guys any idea how much generally PCR test costs ?

If you’re vaccinated you just need to show your covid pass.

If not you need a negative PCR taken less than 72 hours before travel. Or you can provide a negative LFT taken less than 48 hours before travel by the looks of it.

Really fancy doing this but the cost of the west coast Glasgow to London isn’t the best

Try the sleeper train book a seat and if quiet they will upgrade you to a room for free.

Drove from the UK to France recently, lots of signs telling to have vaccination certification or negative test ready ... nobody checked anything. Might be different for flights or trains though

Thanks for sharing! Good to know because will be travelling through France (and hearing stories about Covid coming back and more mandates).
