What can be found in the marquee?

Our marquee will have hundreds of built bikes in at any one time with a selection of brand new models, as well as ex-display, demo and sample-soiled bikes to clear, from road, mountain, hybrid, kids and BMX. There will also be thousands of items of clothing, parts and accessories.

What discounts are there?

We’ve got up to 50% off bikes (some bikes may have even more!) and up to 70% off clothing – you may even find the odd bargain with 80% off. There’s a heap of parts and accessories at up to 50% off and even bigger savings on one-off ex-display and demo gear. Please note the discounts will be off RRP.

What are ‘ex-display, demo and sample-soiled’ bikes?

These bikes aren’t quite perfect and may have been previously used for test rides and magazine features, or just simply picked up knocks on shop-floor or in transit, and you may even find a truly unique sample bike. The same goes with clothing, parts and accessories – it could be marked, distressed or incomplete.

How do I get there?

Our Warehouse Clearance takes place opposite our head offices on James Watt Way, Manor Royal, Crawley RH10 9TZ. It’s only a 5 minutes’ drive from Junction 9 or 10 on the M23. If arriving by train stop at Gatwick Airport station and use the public footpath or bus service to City Place. From here walk past the Beehive offices, turn left at the traffic lights and then right at the roundabout onto James Watt Way. We’ll try to sign-post it the best we can.

Where can I park?

Parking will be available in car park at the front of our offices plus there will be some overflow parking at Komfort on Whittle Way. Parking will be signposted and during peak periods there will be staff on duty to help direct you.

Is there bike parking?

Yes, there will be plenty of secure bike parking but you will need to bring your own lock.

Will I have to queue?

Our Warehouse Clearance is a popular event so queues are likely at peak times, particularly over the first weekend.

Is there food available?

Yes there is a food van parked along James Watt Way where you will be able to get some hot & cold, snacks and drinks.

Are there toilets?

Yes portaloos are available on site.

Are there fittings rooms?

Unfortunately we don’t have any fitting rooms available inside the tent but if for whatever reason you decide it’s not right, you can return/exchange it at any of our stores.

Can I test ride bikes at the Warehouse Clearance?

Yes, limited facilities are available including a 200-meter secure test track.
What is the process to test ride bikes in the tent sale? What ID will I have to bring?
You will need to bring photographic ID, along with a current Credit or Debit Card in your name.

Will I be able to use my Ride-to-Work or Cyclescheme voucher?

Yes Ride-to-Work and Cyclescheme vouchers can be redeemed at the till.

Will Finance be available?

No, unfortunately we cannot offer any finance options on our amazing deals inside the tent.

Can I redeem Gift Cards or vouchers?

Yes gift cards and vouchers can be used when purchasing items from the marquee.

Can I use promo codes?

However, this does not apply to ex-demo and display product where returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please be aware though that items cannot be returned at the event venue before Monday 28th September (i.e if you buy on Saturday 26th or Sunday 27th, you cannot return the item on the same day). Items purchased during the event can be returned to the marquee or to your local store at your convenience?

Can I return items bought in store/online for a refund/exchange in the marquee?

No, if you want to return an item bought in store or online you will need to go to the Gatwick Showroom and return/exchange your product there.

Will items sold at the Warehouse Clearance have a warranty period?

Yes, our standard Warranty Policy applies to all items sold as new in the marquee. Ex Display and Demo bikes come with a 1 year frame and fork warranty and a 3 month parts warranty. Other items have individual Warranty Policies and warranty period, please check on the product.

Clearly says it in the advert they posted!! You've posted no deals yet feel the need to tell others what they SHOULD do?!?!?.... I wonder why I don't bother posting deals any more???

So not a keen cyclist then. You can get the pedal ones from sportsdirect.

I agree. There's too much text to wade through to find out if the prices are available online or not.
Anyone been to one of these? Are they any good as its 1.5 hours away for me

Its up 50% off bikes which is including those used/ex display models in various states. Useful to have a nose if nearby on the off chance something might catch your eye but with no details it's like the backstreet auction houses saying we have a really good item in this black bag that we you may or may not like.
I went too this on Friday as part of their preview sale. I managed to getting an hour early too.

There were a lot of bikes, mix of road, mountain and hybrids. There was also a lot of accessories too.

There seemed to be a lot of clearance / used items out of packaging on shelves, mixed in with what seemed to be special buys.

The price points on mountain bikes ( what I was after) varied, but there was more low end and high end prices, with few at the £600-1000 range.

Prices generally felt to be the same as online. There were one or two with decent savings at 40 or 50% , but there weren't many of these.

I did find an end of season extra demo Scott at £730, but price checked it there and get it reduced to £699 - soake sure you do the same as prices are falling on competitor sites for end of season ones.

Thought it was worth a visit but not as strong a savings as I expected
