I’ve tried this brand it’s very good seems a good price.
Agree its a good price though my family prefer Apetina which is softer.

Apetina is very good paneer and quite expensive too compared to this brand. This brand is cheap and very chewy ....spot on mate

Everest and Apetina sell for nearly the same price at the supermarket but I find Everest can be bought at a discount frequency but not Apetina. You are right about Everest being very chewy. My daughter says its like rubber.
i found apetina to be chewy and rubbery. much prefer the Taj brand ( i think that’s the one sainsbury stocks).
I really like the firmer type of paneer so will try this one, thanks OP!

My Sainsbury's stocks Apetina only and Asda stocks Everest. Never seen Taj paneer though have seen their frozen garlic and ginger!
Tesco Paneer, is the real deal guys, IMHO. Everest better for those that prefer the firmer variety.(Have tried all the brand's and more mentioned above!)

That's great!

I cube and shallow fry it too. I know some people then soak it in warm water for a bit, but never tried that
