The video is funny, but the guy is legit AF... he's seen as the god farther who brought kettlebells to the west, has wrote a number of books on them and was on the Joe Rogan podcast a couple of weeks back

Pavel is the ONLY reason that kettlebells became hugely popular in the west. He introduced them via muscle magazines (Muscle Media springs to mind) in the late 90s after training the Russian special forces with them for years.

To anyone buying Kettlebells make sure the handles are seamless, the cheap plastic one have a joint on the handle most of the time and they will hurt your hands
