reserved last one in my hometown!

Thanks, just reserved one - will fill up at bit more ever decreasing space in my home gym!

i have one of these attadchment for my multigym but might get one for when im outsife the garage.... good price and heat added

save yourself £9 and some space in your garage by just using the inside of your knee instead.

Better off not using one of these. If you're going to curl do it freely to work your stabilising muscles as well.

reserved cheers!

Are you gonna tell him he's doing it wrong ?

Preachers are great for isolating the biceps, heat added

These are great although there is no need to isolate the bicep muscle if you intend to this is a killer bargain. There's no real way I can think of how this helps to grow the triceps except for the being the antaginist muscle that can stretch and relax during curls/. PC

Maybe you could stick some weights on the legs and lift it behind your head

turn your hand around so the back of your hands are facing upwards and you can work your forearms and triceps..........not sure if there are any other good exercises that work BOTH forearms SIMULTANEOUSLY lol

Thanks op, reserved one.

I've just reserved one - can't refuse at this price. Best way to load up the bicep while reducing strain to back etc that standing trying to stabilise a heavy bar can bring. Yes, i've got a bit of a dodgy back!

You could but it'd probably be easier to just lift the weights theselves behind your head nice to see some creativity though

Have reserved to give as a present but admit I do not know how these work and do not really understand the pros and cons.

Could anyone tell me how someone who uses dumbells would use this in their routine.

I just want to know before I buy it/give it.

Not a bad price, will reserve one

This will make me hench bruv! All I need now are some dbolz

This is better than just using you knee (you don't get full extension and full tension just using your knee). To fully exercise the biceps you need to use a combination of exercises. The preacher curl really stretches the biceps, and the effect allows you to hit the natural concentric stretch reflex and helps stimulate growth... Free weights are generally better than machines, but I've always found that the free weight preacher is fantastic for burning the biceps!!!

The bicep 21s exercise is probable best one for biceps, google it as plenty info online about this. They're tough though!

for less than £9.. bargain. Bought one assembled and used. Its not top top quality but for a home gym, in an effort to keep the flab away from my middle aged body... perfect. Thanks OP.
Easy to assemble, ...tip....leave all structural nuts finger tight, sit on it and then tighten, keeps it all level and together....

please remove MY pictuer off the site.... you did not ask me for permission to post my pic lol

Just reserved the last one in my area because I want it rather than need it lol. Thanks op.

I picked mine up last night. It was more effort to put the thing together than it is to do weights on it X)

I think its pretty well made. Doubling as a clothes horse at the moment. Easy to put up, and feels solid. Chuffed to bits cheers op.

Get my strength back now before trying to assemble that other sodding bench tomorrow
