Was £599.99 oh dear I just wet myself with laughter

Real bikes cost that, bikes that should be sold in Poundstretcher don't

RRP is obviously pishing it a bit, but still. £200 for this surely is really good?

Everlast...... Does that mean it's held together with plasters

some donuts pay 10x more for a bike that basically does the same thing , its not the bike that makes you go faster its the rider

Anyone else know of a decent bike to get from a known bike manufacturer? Not from a boxing/sports apparel company.

What do people think to the felt f95? Also does decathlon still get the triban 3 red (size54) in everynow and then?

Yeah that is true, like some people will buy a car to go fast and buy a Hyundai coupe, then others will by a Bugatti Veron. Guess it's how deep is your pockets and the experience while your doing it.

£199 for a road bike is a bargain if it's any good is another matter. May be a good way for some one to get on the saddle. If it was me though I would be looking at second hand bikes in the same price range.

Felt f95 is a good bike. Much more than this bso.

I don't get it. Why would it mean that? Do you mean elastoplast? Failed if you do.

I believe that the Triban 3 has been down-graded - no longer carbon forks and the components aren't so good. It was a fantastic buy at £300. Do you know if they still sell the old version?

Looks OK to me....if it takes a cheap BSO to get someone out of their car or off their sofa...gets my vote

So does that mean if you pay 10x more for a car you're a donut? Or 10x on anything else ? It's a silly comment really.

Pretty sure every rider in the starting stage of the tour in Yorkshire will each have a pair wheels that cost in excess of 10 times the price of this let alone the value of the bikes and spares they will have - are they also in your opinion donuts ? Or you going to outrace them on your 99 pound Halfords special like you have quoted on previous trolling attempts?

The Triban 3 (red with carbon forks) at 249 is better value, plus free 3rd month servicing.

54cm are store specific so you do need to visit, buying online isn't an option anymore, but the Giltbrook store had quite a few 54s at the start of this month.
