About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
One of the best sequels of all time and a good time to watch before the new upcoming Evil Dead Rises
movie comes out
Featuring B-movie legend Bruce Campbell in his most iconic role, EVIL DEAD 2 is a gore-fuelled, splatstick masterpiece that gleefully stomps on the entrails of good taste whilst puking in the face of Hollywood with no apologies. Restored in 4K for the first time, prepare for the 'delirious, demented and diabolically funny' Evil Dead 2.
Info added by Rmcstar
The second of three films in the Evil Dead series is part horror, part comedy, with Ash Williams (Bruce Campbell) once again battling horrifying demons at a secluded cabin in the woods. After discovering an audiotape left by a college professor that contains voices reading from the Book of the Dead, Ash's girlfriend Linda (Denise Bixler) becomes possessed by evil spirits that are awakened by the voices on the tape. Ash soon discovers there is no escaping the woods.
Critics Consensus
Less a continuation than an outright reimagining, Sam Raimi transforms his horror tale into a comedy of terrors -- and arguably even improves on the original formula. Read critic reviews

sorted byTwo teens, looking up late night tv because we weren't normally allowed to.
Flick on to channel 4 (reliable), and this is on. Neither of us had a clue what it was, because there was no internet and we didn't want to have to hoke through teletext to find out what was on.
Absolutely terrifying viewing for about 20 odd minutes, until all of a sudden the fear is interspersed with some of the best slapstick I'd seen in ages. Honestly didn't know wether to laugh or cry through til the end, because it genuinely was some freaky stuff as well.
Anyways, great film. Loved it since.
cheers. Bought.
