Pink same price
Thoroughly recommended as a parent of two kids now aged 8 and 6 years old.

My eldest had one of these and rode it everywhere from the age of about 30 months. My youngest saw this and started much younger, probably 24 months. Worth their weight in gold and for me better than a scooter at that age.
Pink and blue £20 in Asda Linwood
Do any of these things have breaks?

2.6 kg in gold would be almost 100k. Is it worth that much?

They shouldn't, if they do then take it back for a refund.

The more premium balance bikes will yes, you can usually pick thoes up second hand for not crazy money and sell on for similar amounts.

Weight is key, the lower the better as it's just easier for them to push, steer and balance. Good seating position becomes more key when they get better and want to run and glide (that's when they truly learn balance)

With a light bike the brakes are not really required as they can easily put two feet onto the ground to stop.

I would look for the lightest you can find so lift them before spending money.

Check two wheeling tots which is a us site and cycle sprigs which is a UK site. Many larger brands are multi national so both sites may be useful.

For £20 I would try to find a better bike second hand but any balance bike is better than no balance bike.
Ordered, thank you xx

For young kids there is a point where lower weight is not better. A heavier bike can give the kid more confidence it won't fall over and easier to balance and steer once on it. They are also there to learn how to ride not pick up speed so as long as they can push themselves along I wouldn't focus on the weight.
Can’t you just buy a small bike and take the pedals off? Saves buying two things.
Has anyone been able to order this as I would like the pink one?

Looks like they’ve sold out online now
In stock Asda Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Just picked a pink one up on my lunch break. They are being kept in the warehouse for some reason though, so ask at customer services and they will bring one out for you.

Only 2 kg, by far the lightest within this price range..

I bought the same item.. very identical apart from paintwork. From Mothercare. Good product..
Some of the cheaper ones have plastic wheels rather than rubber and it makes them useless for cornering on concrete.
Are the wheels rubber or plastic?
Does this come in adult sizes?
That's not a lot of money for a temporary bike for learning. Nice!

anyone know how much this weighs?
