@johnnymonk Your are 100% right! my mistake, sorry.

Cheers op. Got one this morning and can confirm it is the mitre one. Think it's the rage 3b, although not had chance to check properly yet. If so it's £50 in screwfix so a great deal. Ta

I bought the Stealth a few months ago for £50. This is very similar if not identical and does a decent job.
Doesn't slide and maybe has limited cut sizes for some but to have for odd jobs, £25 is a steal.

Good price indeed, the blade that comes with it is half the cost!

£40 in my local B&Q (Halifax). Still a good price but will wait for it to drop to £25 hopefully

I nearly got one last week when they were reduced to £50 glad I held out ,popped over to Dundee this morning to get one at the reduced price and there was only 4 left , good find, hot

It scares the scrap out of me that someone with no training can buy a saw like this.

I'm not suggesting that restrictions should be put in place, but it scares me none the less.

Still voted hot - just make sure you know what you're doing first!

odd comment. I could understand the comment if it's a chainsaw or even the lethal in wrong hands stihl brushcutter I have that ill bet will slice off your foot like it's butter

You don't see how this tool could be dangerous?

Even when being used by someone with no training, to cut a mitre joint? With the saw coming at a 45 degree angle potentially obscuring the workpiece and free hand of the operator.

This would cut through flesh and bone like butter.

Odd comment...

I'd like to expect that anyone contemplating a purchase like this has a couple of brain cells for starters.
The base does come with a clamp to hold one end of the piece being worked upon.
There is a guard to cover the blade until it gets closer to the bit about to be cut.
All tools, never mind power tools can be dangerous. It all takes a little common sense.

Went to 3 B&Qs had none at all

Chester had 3 or 4, but still £40
