Seems quite cheap for the moneh.

I was actually looking for a Jigsaw, then Circular saw and was considering if I want it battery or corded, then I was looking at Circular saw which can mount onto a Mitre saw set up, or mount onto a plunge saw (the ones with runners)... Then I got really confused and went on screwfix to look for some sales...

Got this. It's actually pretty decent and does the job well. Just brought the stand with extending arms for £54.99 to go with it. Good price compared to big branded ones. Must say I'm very happy with my evolution
Good price for a sliding saw.
bought the next size up think its 256mm last year have used it a lot same cutting disk (fences gates no nails) best saw ive owned i have the evolution stand a must fits perfectly and can be taken off in seconds hot
Great saw
Can this cut through an 11 1/2 month old Christmas cake

Great saw, solid and well built. Makes cutting timber a doddle.

Yes, I recently used the larger model (with the same type of blade) to shorten some chrome plated, steel legs on a dining table.
I can also confirm this is a great saw...I've used many ranging from nasty £50 ones through to £400 De Walts, and for price it is impressive
I don't really need this but the reviews and comments make me want it mmmm shall I or shall I not
I have had this for 6 months approx. and paid £99. Would happily pay £99 again so £89 a bargain. Admittedly only use for DIY projects but can highly recommend. I have found the laser quite useful for accurately queueing up the cut.
Actually bought this as well. Evolution do some pretty good tools for the price.
I own one of these and it’s an awesome bit of Kit. I’d also recommend the optional stand. I constructed a very large hardwood deck using this and it was faultless. I’m certain it would also cut through Christmas cake, I’ve use it on hardwood, softwood, plastic piping and wire mesh.
i bought one recently as well, its a very nice solid saw for the money
Hot, that's me Nan sorted for Xmas
After months of hunting for a mitre saw , Mostly secondhand Ive purchased one of these bad boys this evening
Looking forward to putting the blue handle saw in the bin
Watch out. They will blame you for misuse if you try to repair under warranty. The axle from the motor to the blade is liable to snapping.
