Hot, you can pick up refurbs from Evo's ebay if your not bothered about cosmetic condition. I paid £50 for C grade, they have B grade at the moment for £67 ebay.co.uk/itm…186

Not really a 'deal' as they are nearly always this price at Screwfix. I've had one for a couple of years and it's ok.

If it is the lowest price around at the moment (excluding used or refurbs), then is it technically not a deal?

had mine for a couple of years and am very happy with it, was £150 from Screwfix.

I too have owned one for a couple of years and it's still going strong on the original blade.

I think I got a grade C version too a couple of months back - it was £50 anyway so assume so.

Does a great job and as far as I could tell it was pretty much brand new - certainly no signs of wear - I'm very happy with it.

I also got the refurb and mine is great.

Essentially the same saw but in cool black. I have one and it's decent despite the review.

Is this not the same saw? powertoolsuk.co.uk/evo…A9w

Does anyone else find that the Screwfix site just doesn't work for them half the time?

Yup, I end up closing my browser at least once per visit!

Not voting either way but I have one of these and paid about £160 for it 2 years ago. An ok saw but nothing to get excited about. The blades are expensive and stay sharp for literally minutes regardless of what you cut. I think this proved to be one of my most disappointing purchases ever. That said I use it virtually every day and it has not given up the goat. My previous saw was a Fern from Screwfix which was used and abused but kept going. Not the best saw I admit but I thought this would be an improvement; I don't think it was.
