Saw this on ebuyer, though it was a good deal myself and worth a post.

This 4GB 1" USB mini hard drive is perfect for storing files , music & video. It has a flick out USB connector with a twistable cap so you can insert either vertically or horizontally.

* Based on 1" HDD Technology
* Very compact
* High speed transmission through USB 2.0 Interface
* No external power or battery required

It's a good ok-ish deal for a hard drive usb stick (not flash if anyone is wondering).

I'm not knocking this deal, but why would anybody want an 4GB HDD drive when a Flash equivalent isn't exactly lots more expensive?

Yep IMO I'd take a USB stick solid state device over this type anytime. Smaller and more reliable.

Yep I'd rather have a Flash drive too:

It's HDD inside.. It means faster than flash drive(read & Write). ^^

better to get the flash drive. its pretty much the same price :thumbsup:

Better MTBF for R/W on this than a flash drive, slower but much more reliable. Voted hot.

i'd caution anyone thinking of getting one of these - the hinge on the connector arm is essentially just the wires, a friend had one that lasted a day of moderate use before snapping off completely!

You could also get a nice looking 8GB Seagate Pocket Drive for 10 pounds more @scan: ]http//ww…046
Bought the Seagate Pocket Drive for £23+free delivery when it was on sale, and it looks great and is very fast (compared to my Flash Drives).

Still around.. thanks Matt J
