I've got one of these - albeit bought second hand. Superb box with quick release attachment. I use my on Thule wing bars & works a treat
Click and collect only..... So will need bars to attach it to roof when collecting. It's not going to fit in my car unfortunately, don't have other bars yet
Been thinking about getting one of these. How do you get your stuff out of it. Do you have to get it on and off the car rammed with stuff or do you fill it in situe and empty in the same way? If that way does all the stuff in it just fall out?
Different rack but same principle.

Normally have to pack it whilst it's on the car as you have to secure the box to the roof bars before putting stuff in it.
If I'm going to be tight for space sometimes I pack it on the ground first for ease and then either remember how it all went in or take a couple of pictures along the way. I've never had stuff fall out as there are usually straps that hold all your stuff in.
Who needs one...

Wow... That's really put me off. I've been toying with the idea of one of these, but never thought about the practicalities.
Heat for the deal however, seems like a good price

Honestly they are superb bits of kit. Once you work out what you are doing.
The main pain is storing it when not in use if you are short of space. Luckily mine (which is a large roofbox) suspends from the garage ceiling.
When we go camping the roof box is great for beach days and alike as all the wet and sandy stuff just goes in it rather than the boot.
