Thought this was a damn fine offer with the mach tickets and hotels included in the price. Would make a great trip for any footy fan. Would snap it up but my OH would no doubt have a moan. She even moans if I go to The Etihad.

Visit either FC Barcelona's Camp Nou OR Real Madrid's Estadio Santiago Bernabéu and witness some of the world’s greatest players in Champions League action; prices start from just £89 per person for the Real Madrid-Malmö match with an overnight hotel stay included!

FC Barcelona

The reigning Champions League holders kicked off their new campaign with a 1-1 draw against Roma in the Italian capital, and the South American attacking trio of Messi, Neymar and Luis Suárez – ably backed up by playmakers Ivan Rakitić and Andrés Iniesta – will be hoping to score enough goals in home games against Belarusian side BATE Borisov (November 4) and Roma (November 24) to fire the Catalonian side into the knockout phases.

Real Madrid

Rafa Benitez’s men opened their 2015/16 CL campaign with a comprehensive 4-0 win over Shakhtar Donetsk in front of a home crowd of over 66,000. With Cristiano Ronaldo already ranked as this year’s competition top-scorer following his opening day hat-trick, he’ll be looking to bring that form into Real’s final home game against Celtic’s conquerors from the qualifying play-off, Malmö (December 8).

Included

Tickets to FC Barcelona vs BATE Borisov or Roma
1 night stay at the Catalonia Barcelona 505 Hotel (or similar) without breakfast
OR
Tickets to Real Madrid vs Malmö
1 night stay at Ayre Gran Hotel Colón in Madrid (or similar) with breakfast

Beware.

Work colleague booked a "romantic" weekend with his new girlfriend to see the cathedral, market etc but also coincidentally a trip round the Nou Camp and tickets for a Barca league game.

All was good until just like Premier League games, Sky moved the game to the night before.

He was flying out on the original match day and changing flights to the day before was just too expensive.

Barca tickets were non-refundable so currently now on Viagogo.

If you are referring to my comment Andy I wasn't talking about a Champions League fixture in my friend's case although I realise your deal is for CL.

I think he may play for The Chelsea Rovers
A friend of mine went to one of these (Barca) last year and was sat with the away fans.
I did this deal with TravelBird last year and saw Real-Liverpool. We paid for the category 1+ seats and ended up on the front row, about 5 seats from the dugouts and had the ITV pundit team right in front of us.

Our deal was actually through a company called Mundo Tours (TravelBird act as the agent) so you may want to speak to them direct and see if you can get a better deal.

Overall everything was good - the hotel we got (Ayre Gran Hotel Colón Madrid, same as in the deal) was about 10 minutes from the stadium by Metro and was modern/clean etc. and in a nice area. We didn't sample breakfast etc. as we had a very early flight back out.

Note that if you book two tickets they book just one room for you at the hotel - fine for couples but maybe not so fine for mates ...
Thinking of taking my son, never done anything like this before. If I wanted to stay an extra night, what would be the best way to go about doing this? Thanks.
