* THIS IS NOT AN ADSL MODEM ROUTER AND WILL NOT WORK ON IT'S OWN WITH SKY BUT IS A GREAT OPTION FOR THOSE ON CABLE SUCH AS VIRGIN *

Simply connect BR-6574n to the Internet through a cable/xDSL modem

For SKY OR ANY OTHER ADSL BROADBAND CONNECTION you need an Ethernet (RJ45) cable modem or an Ethernet (RJ45) ADSL modem. You cannot connect an USB ADSL modem to BR-6574n.

GETS A GOOD WRITE UP FROM COMPUTER SHOPPER AND IS A VERY GOOD PRICE FOR ANYONE WANTING DRAFT N WIRELESS AND/OR GIGABIT ETHERNET.

Got one similar to this last year, can't be sure of the model number though. It seems to drop the wireless connection intermittently, but then comes back a few seconds later. Other than that get good signal strength across the house.

I got mine from Overclockers, can't find a direct comparison but there may be a cheaper (similar)alternative there...

This particular model has GIGABIT ports for fast transfer over a wired network, to and from a NAS drive or over powerline adapters to a PS3 or other network device.

Good shout - hadn't picked up on the significance of that. Learn something new every day, have some heat!

It's £55.35 inc VAT so not cheaper unfortunately, I think you were looking at the pre VAT price.

Discounted shipping applies to UK mainland deliveries only and excludes additional delivery options. We don't all live on the mainland.

now £49.98

Is this any good if I have standard 802.11g wlan cards on all the deviced in my house?
