I've been looking for a front bike light for ages now and came across this particular model last Christmas.....it was awesome but i was put off by the price (£200). They have since dropped slightly but still remain pricey with the cheapest place i've seen doing them @ £179. Was about to give up searching and came and found this retailer. Believe me when i tell you that this light, although expensive, is well worth the money.

Have a look at MBUK reviews, or any reviews for that matter and it is rated very highly.

The manufacturers details are listed below, this really is a great unit and is like having a car light on the front of your bike, it cuts through the dark and lets other road users know you are heading their way!!!

It does not get better, brighter or lighter than this for helmet mounted lighting. 1hrs 10min (900 Lumens) burn time can be extended with Piggyback battery or run on High for same output as Mk.5 Joystick.Cable free heaven, born out of the fires of hell - that's the Diablo."

There is a reason it's over 3 times the price. It will last about 10 times as long and is 100 times the quality. Have had both, buy cheap buy twice. I learn't the hard way as have many others, plenty of reviews online.......

Build your own using a 4 x CREE MC-E and a bit of sticky tape. Voilà - 3000 lumens That would come in at about £70 for parts (ex batteries)...

Don't want to build? Just go for a few Q5s or P7s from DX and stick them on your handlebars.

If you still want 900-1000 lumen - splash out a whole £40 for SST50...

These 'special' bike lights are a total ripoff!

Looks like a good deal. I am ashamed to say I have just bought a light set from China for £1.88 inc postage. I also bought a cyclometer last week for £2.08 - very well made and accurate.

Have a look at 365 digital on Ebay. http://****.co.uk/365…tal
