xx

EDIT: Damn the OH wants to keep the wired one in case he can't be arsed buying batteries all the time. Sorry hun - Don't get me own way again

Sod it, i'm buying this wireless too!

For people that don't care about appearance etc, you can just use two bright lights either side of your TV instead of buying this. Calibration may be slightly off but it does work.

The "sensor bar" is just infrared LEDs at a fixed distance apart, the wire to the console being there to just power them. The Wii remote then uses its IR camera to look at the position of the two lights/LEDs and work out where your TV is. You can see what the camera sees by going to "sensor bar sensitivity" in the Wii settings - then try pointing the remote at a bright light!

if you turn your sensor bar on and get your mobile phone camera infront of it then the camera will pick up the IR light too and you will see them shining through your phone screen! works with remote controls also :-D

andy anouth great deal

Hmmm... it's gone up to £5.73! ... still £5.16 with 10% off.... not such good a deal as OP.
