good deal but its gone 231.77 at basket
Edited by: "relax." 22nd Nov 2019
goes to proper price when in basket
It is not a "price mistake" ; it's just an old version and they finally want to get rid of it.
Excepting for when you want to use it for very specific tasks (thermocouples for extreme temperatures), it has absolutely no purpose ...and those who need something like that will not buy from ebay.
For home usage you can get temperature+humidity probes which could also have Ethernet, Wifi or Bluetooth for the same money or a little more.
If someone bought it to sell it later on ebay, he may change his plans now :))

I can assure you, I haven't; I was trying to calm down those who were regretting missing this "deal" (especially the weirdos thinking they can make some profit).

Normally £230 and cheapest online £190 so I'd call that a bargain!

It is having a good price, if you have a usage for it. The item has became deprecated and it is reflected in its price.
Now, you'll say, but what about the price history ? And I'll answer, how that in all this time, there is only one review (from 2013) ?
I found many positive price errors (where an item is posted with a very high price) and then it stays like that for years because no one buys it.

In the end it's an Extech from 2013, and I don't know if they changed since, but they weren't known for very good build quality; let's call them, "budget equipment".

I have taken screenshot of it saying last one 36£ can that be a proof
