An OK price.

I have a problem as I want a 3"5 hdd enclosure and they cost £20+ which is mad since you can get external 500g hdd for around £50.

The one's I bought off ebay are hardly quality builds either.

3"5 enclosures IDE/SATA are ALL very costly.

This is cheaper at Play.com. Well same price but obviously no delivery charge and Quidco.

Delivered it is £22.68 for me

I know it's not a legitimate comparison, but you can find this exact dock type on eBaY for less, as this is where I got mine from, for around £5 less inclusive. There seems to be plenty 'business' sellers peddling these at this sort of price (on BIN's).

Unfortunately, as my USB ports are pretty much knackered for the majority of the time, i've yet to be succesful in establishing whether or not this product is actually up to much good, with not being able to properly connect to it, yet.

Thanks for the nod on Price. I was buying something else at the same time and minimum carriage was £4.99. Updated now

I got mine from Play when it was £16 delivered.

Top Item, good for 3.5" hard disks and 2.5! Shame its only SATA

I got the dual dock one from the same place you mention
and after a week the slot one has stopped working won't
reconise any hdd.

as already mentioned play has it for £17.99 delivered so cold for me

You can also find variants on this theme available with "eSATA" built in which makes it a bit more future-proof/higher-performance.
