Do I have to start going to the gym to get this???

Yes. You need to promise to be one of the 'musclepeoples' to eat from muscle food. It's part of their t&c's. On delivery, the driver will also expect the secret 'musclepeoples' handshake.

Chuck Norris, you truly are legendary

don't think you need much room in your freezer looking at the picture, just take a loaf out or something sure you will fit it in then.

Musclefood red meat is basically dog meat, fatty, gristley and just chewy beyond believe. I’ve had it all like steaks, mince beef, meatballs etc and wouldn’t recommend any of it. Your best bet is to go to your butchers and choose your meat yourself.

I second that just buy proper meat that tastes nice and eat a balanced diet, it's just a brand which some people buy into.

Buy a mincer, mince it all together and make some giant patties. You are what you eat and if you wanna be a beefcake gotta do this!

Musclefood are a spamming bunch of scoundrels that sell their crap under a few other brand names and it's all the same rubbish.

The steak is like soggy tissues.
The chicken is like rubber
The mince is fatty.

Oh and they chuck in 1-2 quality bits that make up about 10% of the hamper.

Don't get sucked in.
