Cancel BT, get this with no setup fee, cancel this within 14 days of activation (cooling off period, no reason need be given), move back to BT as new customer with TCB and Reward card payouts.

...I don't think you can return to the same ISP within 12 months of cancelling previous contract with them?!?

Is it too early to cancel BT mid contract?
Or do we have to wait for price rise confirmation before cancelling.
Vodafone may be cheaper..
No problems for 18 months...

I received an email confirmation, simply phone BT and they will confirm you can leave, you only have a month.
Great timing, just cancelled my BT too so I think I'll sign up with these, they're the same company as Sky, right?
This might seem like a stupid question but do you get now TV free with this service? There is no mention of it as you progress an order.

Anyone know what their customer service is like? I had a bit of a problem with my NowTv account and it took them ages to sort it.

Anyone know the list of international destinations included in the anytime call plan?
I get the same package with voda. Got the calls package separate over the phone so I could get cashback at least.
Excellent deal, Im on their standard Broadband for £15 a month and does exactly as it says on the tin.

Router is reasonably decent and has better coverage than the PlusNet and BT Hub boxes.

Remember to go via Quidco and get your £80 cashback too!
(Just check the same deal, as sometimes they offer different deals with different links.)
Does anyone know if this likely to be a similar speed to what I would get on Sky Fibre? Also if you get this deal can you still get cashback?
Anytime callsGet unlimited calls* to UK landline and mobile numbers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Anytime calls covers you for calls of up to an hour to UK landlines, including calls to 01 02, 03, 0870 & 0845 numbers, UK mobile calls and discounted international calls.

A 22p connection fee applies to all non-inclusive UK landline, UK mobile calls and international calls
1. UK calls to 01, 02, 03 and Isle of Man numbers only (excludes Channel Islands, indirect access, dial-up internet and 070 numbers). Inclusive UK calls last up to an hour, then charged at 14.65ppm at any time of day, or hang
up and redial as often as you like. Acceptable Use Policy applies - see help.nowtv.com/calls. Calls from Northern Ireland to Republic of Ireland geographic numbers are charged at UK rates. UK rates apply for calls to the
g21 chargeband.
2. Inclusive calls to UK Mobile (07) numbers last up to an hour, then are charged at 19.35ppm during the day, 17ppm at evening and 14.25ppm at weekend, or hang up and redial as often as you like.
Daytime calls: Mon - Fri 7am to 7pm. Evening calls: Mon – Fri 7pm to 7am. Weekend calls: all day Sat and Sun. Subject to Acceptable Use Policy – see sky.com/talk.
070 Personal Numbering, 076 Paging and 076 Isle of Man numbers do not constitute UK Mobile - see pages 7-8 for call rates.
3. Inclusive calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers last up to an hour, after which NOW Calls's Access Charge (13ppm) and the owning operator's Service Charge applies, or you can hang up and redial as often as you like.
For all 0845 and 0870 numbers, an inclusive cap will be applied for 1000 minutes per period / 150 calls per period, after which NOW Calls's Access Charge (13ppm) and the owning operator's Service Charge applies.
A 13ppm Access Charge applies to all non-inclusive calls to 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers for the duration of the call.
4. A flat charge of 2p per minute applies to geographic landline calls to Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Irish Republic, Italy, Luxembourg,

applies to all international calls

So international calls are not free.

I'm on fab fibre, speeds are ok here, but not as good as BT infinity.

It should be the same as sky's 36mbps package, it is sky after all.

The router is the same as sky's too, but with NowTV branding. It has only two ethernet ports, so I'm using my own.

Thanks. I might give it a go then. We are with BT at the moment and only get 19mb on infinity so if we get a similar speed with Now then I will be happy and be paying less.
So 17.50 pm for 36 after cashback. Are the free calls of any value given most use mobiles for calls anyway and have enough inclusive minutes. (And the international calls are 22p + 2ppm and mobile calls are 22p conneciotn)
Hmmm, it was showing me all the packages I could get earlier when I put me details in but now it says broadband unavailable. Tried on Sky's site too and it says the same.
shame you cant choose another benefit instead of free calls, I have no need for free calls!
one of the best out there been with them 2yrs now any issues always quick to resolve great helpline and always hitting high 30's speed. I pay 19.99

you need to wait for the letter of confirmation of increase, got mine today, only got connected to bt on 25th may and already going up £2.50 per mth. you need to give bt a months notice or 14 days if moving to another supplier, your new supplier will give them the notice so you can order a move to another supplier straight away once you receive the increase letter.

Yes you can, I moved to Sky and then back to BT becauseSky put there prices up and got £100 Gift card to boot.
Great price when you take the anytime calls in to account......thanks for posting OP

So you don't have to contact BT if you don't want to haggle? You can simply order from another ISP and they'll give notice for you? Nice. It took me 45 minutes on chat to Sky before they'd accept my cancellation recently.
I have this and can confirm its great no problems 37mbps
If you take a TV service, am I right in thinking you can watch on two devices simultaneously?

Currently got the full Virgin package (minus Sky Sports/Movies) + 200mbps (no phone) for £36 a month but that's going to rocket in price in September so looking for alternatives.
Strange put my details in say they can’t supply but have Sky B.B. thought they were the same company

That is because bt basic FTTC maxes out at 50mb where as everyone else is 38mb. You will probably get a higher speed if you pay for the full speed package.

At my home address both Now and Sky sometimes say they can and sometimes say They cannot.

It’s a market a exchange with only BT
Ooooh thats useful for me, option to pay £50 for no contract.

Signed up, but its being a hassle, first Natwest thought transactions were suspicious, now I'm having trouble 'Linking my account' because either I've had NowTV in the past, maybe because I'm a Sky TV customer or their website is borked. Apparently order is fine though, but emails say I need to 'finish completing online' before it can go live.....
Update: All sorted quickly by online chat and telephone had to login to website using my phone.

This is not Sky Unlimited - so I just went through a weird loop with now.tv and sky where I got a cancellation email from Sky when ordering this. So, I ended up cancelling this and getting Sky to match the offer. I wasn't keen on any downtime during a switch over period, no matter how small the risk.
I tried them and glad i was in no contract , shocking customer service , on day of switch had internet but no home phone , thats not their fault but customer service was rubbish was supposed to keep me informed but never rang me i was always having to ring , they had to come back to cabinet and when they went back they crosslined so still couldnt use phone and phone was coming up with a different number , so i still having to chase them it took 4 weeks to sort out home phone , speed not as good as bt and router not as good . I filed a complaint but never got back in touch . And left within 6-8 weeks never every would i go back
