£50 or so saving on usual price, this is a great sounding piece of kit.
Easily beats my Bose Soundlink 2 for quality soundstage and definition.

Bit heavier than the usual porty speakers due to the Class D amplifiers and quality components.
Quick and easy to pair with phone, or use the Aux-In port.
Beefs up the laptop nicely for flix and games.

Drop by a Richer Sounds to hear it before you buy (£199 there and John Lewis).

Admittidely not the best colour but for the saving worth the humiliating put-downs from friends, family and strangers....

Same price in Richer Sounds now too, with more colours at same priceinstore and on Amazon.

This is the Audio Pro "Addon T3" Bluetooth Stereo Wireless Speaker with built in subwoofer model:

LONGEST PLAYTIME Addon T3 is designed to be used for a long time.
The battery lasts a full 30 hours at half volume.
And 12 hours at maximum volume!
BLUETOOTH 4.0 Addon wireless speakers use the latest Bluetooth 4.0 standard for best sound quality and transmission. You can play your music wirelessly from any Bluetooth devices; iOS , Android , Windows Phone and Mac / PC. CONNECT EVERYTHING Besides playing music wirelessly with Bluetooth, there is an additional audio input to connect other audio sources with cable. POWERFUL SOUND With a total of 25W and advanced DSP, Addon T3 delivers a purely amazing sound from such a small speaker. USB FOR CHARGING Because the T3 has such good battery power, you can charge your smartphone by connecting it to the USB power supply port.

Easily beats my Bose

Doesn't take much to beat Bose!

I thought the Soundlink 2 was a good model, better than its size suggested and did me proud for hte time I had it.

However they are overpriced and underspecced when compared to others, this Audio Pro being one of those.

It's very impressive bass and it doesnt distort at loud volumes.

Loud enough for a neighbourly thump or 2, or maybe my musical taste...

Also I'm real impressed with battery life, again better than my old Soundlink 2.

Crap. Get a Minirig.

I have a T9 and it's excellent. Well worth the money.

Thats the bigger flavour of this - how does it fare?

I think there is some facility to make these multi room, not sure if it works on Bluetooth or what.

It's really excellent. I was about to give in and buy a Sonos Play:5 (and then, obviously, start buying other Sonos speakers...!) but I stumbled across a review of this somewhere. Nowhere near me had any that I could physically see but they were oddly cheap (£129 I think it was) in CostCo and a friend got me one. I can't really say that it's superior to the Sonos and I don't have one to compare, but it provides quality sound. I did test the Sonos in John Lewis and Currys and I was impressed, but I'm certainly no less impressed by the T9. For the money I paid I don't think you can find a speaker to beat it, maybe even at the £166 it's available for on Amazon now.
