I think Fairy are better quality than other brands

Good deal

Fairy dishwasher tablets below 10p per tablet is always good value.
Recently bought a 72PK from Iceland for £6 (8.3p each).
Now only showing 70PK for £8 (11p each) on Iceland website so may no longer have the 72 packs.

I try to keep costs down by putting on a quick wash. Fairy are the only ones that seem to dissolve on a quick wash, others just sit in the bottom of the dishwasher meaning I have to put the load through again.

I have never thought of using a quick wash - is that in a Bosch dishwasher?

Hoover HEDS 668. Although it's Hoover branded, it's made by another company that other brands attach their name to (much like many brands nowadays).
It's a 50° Rapid program I use most often.
It's much harder now to pick a brand that's reliable as so many aren't actually made by the brand that the appliance is badged with.

The guy who came to fix my Bosch (1st fix after 8 years) only recommends Mieles nowadays - not that I would stretch to one of those.
Apparently more recent Bosch dishwashers (last 5 years) can be very expensive to fix because of a change in the design.

On our bosch the overnight 4 hour wash is more energy efficient than the quick wash (according to the manual), it can let the dishes soak for longer periods and also allow more drip drying, that's all we use in our house.

Trybreaking them in half. Just as good results as long as you rinse off first

Marko fairy dishwasher 86 ,mega pack tabs all in one
