One of the best games around for the PS3. It is one of them games where you can pretty much do what you want. If you want to go and exploir the world you can. You want to murder some random people you can. You want to steal some stuff and sell it for cash you can. If you liked Oblivion you will love Fallout 3.

You should get at least 100 hours worth of play out of this game. Plus it has 4 DLC expansions available to buy from the PSN store.

started playing this yesterday. Takes time to get into coming from call of duty and the like but fortunately i am slowly enjoying it! Thank goodness its not as frustrating as farcry 2. At a fiver that is awesome.

Yeah the first hour or two are dull but trust me it gets alot better.
Also it does seem very bleak and barren after playing Oblivion, but it grows on you very quickly.

Bargain at £5

PS. I loved Farcry 2 which was annoying at first, but I do seem to like some games that the majority hate.

Indeed it is - best that that is added to the thread title as I thought it was the "new" price

Thanks.

Excellent game, you can lose yourself for if not hundereds (I have), easily dozens of hours.

Low price must be due to the GOTY edition, £5 is a good price but you will probably end up trading it in against the GOTY to get the expansions.

This game is quality and certainly worth £5... it's hard to get your teeth into and its a bit depressing at first but just persevere and you'll get lots of enjoyment out of it

A good game all be it seriously overrated. A good price although with the addons your looking at about 12 quid on top of this price; which most end up purchasing anyway

Voted hot

fantastic game got the goty edition for 12.99 at gamestation
really enjoy game even the music grows on you especially i dont want to set the world on fire

loved Oblivion, can't get into this.

Amazing game and great value at £5.

I couldnt recommend this game any more!! for £5 its a steal and will last you years lol

repost......http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/687870/fallout-3-ps3-4-99-gamestation-inst

that was for instore, quite easy to read!!

Ordered, thanks!

Don't know anything about it other than it's supposed to be good - can't go wrong for a fiver really.

this game is so buggy.

Brilliant game, it can get a bit confusing at first, you seem to get given a new quest everywhere you go, but take time, make sure to concentrate on one at a time, get your levels up and learn the mechanics, and you will find yourself enthralled.

What I suggest is a playthrough of the vanilla game first before starting a new game with the add ons, you'll enjoy it more.

Also, Dont complete the TAKE IT BACK quest, until you've done abso;lutley everything else you want to do before the endgame.

Yes I can read thanks but it would be just as easy to just add it to the existing deal. And in case you cant read this says instore too so thus is still a repost.

i just don't get this game at all, what is all the fuss about, i've actually owned it twice now and i just can't get into it..bored me to tears to be honest

This guy is right unless you buy the broken steel DLC.

Why do people like this game?! The graphics are like Nintendo 64, the gameplay is boring, the shooting system is the worst ever, just masses of space with nothing interesting to look at or do.

I cannot believe anyone coming from games like CoD, Assassins Creed, or GTA IV could enjoy this game. Its just sh*t.

I think I see your problem - you are playing an RPG and expecting a shooter or action game. As for sh*t, I'm glad my copy of Assassins Creed was bought by Game for about what I paid for it - a fiver - as that was rubbish. GTAIV has some manic fun in just destructive mayhem but it isn't anywhere near the same kind of game; none of those are. This is much closer to Oblivion or Dragon Age. You might as well compare this game to Street Fighter.

Assassins Creed II i meant. I thought it was pretty good.

In fact, even Bioshock was better than Fallout 3, so was Alan Wake!

I bought fallout 3 twice already, but seeing as its quite cheap now I might give it one last attempt.

I bought this thinking it was a FPS (doh!) and I am not an RPG fan. If anyone wants it PM me!

got mine the other day, arrived really quick! although it's good, I get motion sick when playing it one of the only few games that I feel ill playing, this, Half Life 2 and the original Duke Nukem
