The most hilarious animated sit-com since The Simpsons, Family Guy revolves around the Griffin family and their madcap adventures. The Griffin household includes two teenagers, a cynical dog who is smarter than everyone else, and a megalomaniacal mutant baby who makes numerous attempts to eradicate his parents and siblings. Heading up this eclectic household is Peter Griffin. Peter does his best to do what's right for the family, but along the way, he makes mistakes that are the stuff of legend.

i thought the earlier episodes were funnier than the newer ones to be honest, definately worth the buy though

Love Family Guy.
Paticularly the girls Lois and Meg
Yeah, the series lost its way considerably (apart from Stuey kills Lois and Lois kills Stuey)
Brian the dog is a complete waste of time and irritating though. I agree with the wonderful Quagmire about him. His one redeeming feature is he wants to sh*g Lois !
Got all these anyways, and am waiting for No.8
But superb price, well spotted !

Really good deal-have some heat.

-15% discount with the code... I make that about £39...

It ceased to be funny after season 3 imo -i mean seriously, who watches a cartoon for the quality of the animation? simpsons went the same way, animation improved, writing became generic and predictable.

well obviously the many stars and capitals approach was the wrong one - next time try reaaaaally small writing with a warning sign saying don't read the next bit - people always want to know what the small print says!

True. It seems more than coincidental that they both jumped the shark when the animation improved. Though in their defence it meant that episodes could be made quicker if they ship them out to Korea, and family guy were particularly fond of foreign animation techniques so that that they could animate vehicles, Macfarlane often says on the commentaries how much of a bitch it was to animate a moving car in the earlier episodes.

I actually cant watch the first few series as I dont find them funny at all. Nothing to do with the animation but it's just not funny, love it from about series four onwards, sense of humour is a very personal thing though.

Best thing on t.v imho.

grate deal
