I have been scouring the net and managed to put this together for us - 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 12, I thought it was a fantastic deal and hope that someone else can benefit from my hard work too xxxx I havent actually booked our hotel yet as we are still undecided about which resort to stay in, but there are so many at such cheap prices were not in any hurry x

Flight with Ryanair (Liverpool to Gran Canaria - Friday 15th October - return Friday 22nd October 2010. £429.92 (this includes admin charges and 1 checked in suit case - further savings can be made if you use a prepaid master card to book and only take hand luggage but we decided to check one case in for the heavy items and sun cream etc )

Various Accomodation via Travel Republic from £108.93

Airport transfers - £47.80 with Resort Hoppa

Like I say - I hope others can benefit from this xxxxxxx

The flight is very expensive

Check out all inclusive as well,it can be had for around £350 for your family for that week.

Also look at alphrooms as they are sometimes cheaper than Travel republic and there's 5% Quidco too!!

Also it really is possible to travel with hand luggage only, especially to the canaries because of the climate.

Split sun cream into 100ml bottles or buy it out there

cheers for that think we will - Going to get some brochers tomorrow and I think we will chose a really nice hotel. We usually do all inclusive but we dont tend to go out very much as we always seem to want to get back to the hotel so we dont miss a meal lol - so we were considering other board basis' so that we get out a bit more lol

I couldnt find any flight cheaper than that??

check out travel republic for transfers they are normally a lot cheaper

Have you included ALL the Ryanair charges?

This looks pretty cheap for Ryanair offer. But then, I wouldn't trust Ryanair to make a slice of toast without charging a crumb-cleanup fee!

yeah, I did write at the top that it includes checked in luggage and admin fees, although the fees can be avoided if you use a prepaid master card.

I fly with Ryanair a lot, never had any problems and rate them highly, if you sit and fiddle around you can get some great deals!
