    This tastes amazing on home made pizza .. put two layers on. One near the base, and one after the toppings. Can't go wrong with extra cheese...

    Despite claiming to be mild, I find this to be slightly stronger than the medium cheddar sold in Tesco.
    It's great tasting, but it ain't mild.
