Great deal on frozen chicken breasts 1kg for £3.50 down from £4.95 cheapest I've seen

They have been down to £3.95 in my local Farmfoods for quite a while, even though the bags still have the previous £4.95 price on them. This must be a further reduction. I've tasted a lot better chicken, but buy these most weeks because of the price. They do the job.

Pumped full of water. I'd avoid at this price.

They are, but unless you want to pay £6+ per Kilo, then these are about the best of the 'cheap' frozen chicken breasts. I tend to boil them for 5-10 minutes and then use them as I would with the more expensive stuff. It gets rid of the water/preservatives pumped into them. Even losing about 14% of the weight still makes them much cheaper than the 'good stuff'.

£3.95 not £3.50 like OP states, well so link says.

Like my earlier comment says, I've been getting these at £3.95 for 3-4 months, down from £4.95. The link does indeed state £3.95, but the picture posted by the OP does show a bag with a £3.50 price, down from £4.95.

Scratch that. The picture shows the mini breast fillets. The bigger breast fillets will probably still be £3.95

Are we told to be scared of water now?! Trust me- these will be Moore moist and succulent than any free range breast- works for me anyways but each to their own.
