Cheap, but 10% less butter. Equates to approx £1.10 a normal size pack. Not a criticism, just pointing out that it's a shrunken pack.

Great price. They are 10% smaller than the normal 250g sizes, but even then still best price around.
Your right about the weight, but I like the creamy taste and texture of this butter and the cheapest own brand ones are £1.49 in supermarkets which aren't that great.
It doesn't matter where it's from. If it isn't from grass fed cows it's no better than most other butter.

I'm happy to keep buying Kerrygold.

Are there any other brands available from grass fed herds?

How do you know it's not from grass fed herds? As far as I know 95% of cattle in Ireland are grass feed so this butter would surely come from grass fed cows?

But it's got a picture on the label of cows eating grass, surely they wouldn't be lying?

Incidentally, why are all the other cows smaller than the one at the front?

I have no idea if they are. But someone who has bought this might know if it's on the label. No Farmfoods anywhere near me, so I can't even check.
