The White Oak Laminate Flooring from the Kronotex Farmhouse range translates the light neutral flooring trend into a gorgeous design. Made from premium quality materials with an 8mm thickness, the floor will handle the pressures of a fast-paced room beautifully, maintaining its good looks intact for years.

More convenient and easier to maintain than solid or engineered wood flooring, this laminate floor provides a perfect alternative to the natural material. The planks are treated with an anti-bacterial coating and unlike solid oak will never require extra maintenance apart from regular cleaning. The V-groove edges accentuate the authenticity of the wood effect design, along with the beautiful matte finish.

8mm is fine. Ensure edges are secure and it won't move. It's AC4 grade so good for the rooms you mention in residential use.

It's not scratch resistant and is not suitable for steam moping. Thinking for bit more price I could get another quality flooring with these

Not quite as simple is it? You meant to leave a gap around edges as recommended by manufacturer as it's floating floor.
Also it depends on floor underneath. If it's very uneven although you should level it out before you put laminate down but it's good idea to go with 12mm.
If floor is even 8mm would do the trick as long as it's installed properly with gaps around the edges to allow movement.

Manufacturer states 20 years. 8mm should be fine too, it all depends on the state of your floor (12mm is better on uneven floors (slightly better soundproofing, isolation) or if your room is more than 10m long ) but you have to pay more £££

Yes, you need an appropriate underlay - again depends on your floor and budget.

if you can wait. Keep an eye for Wickes which usually do a discount every now and then for upto 50% off + additional 15% for online purchases and a lot of 12mm flooring would get to this price.

Why is this expired, it adds to basket okay? I'm considering it for my bedroom which is getting decorated in the spring. By the time Ive added my bed and few bits of furniture theres not much space left so want something light. Very tempted!
Why is this expired?
