The Fast And The Furious only exists for one reason, to show you wall-to-wall fast cars, and it certainly doesn't let you down. This is such a great genre movie, designed simply to give you wild 90-minute ride, it's packed with huge cars being thrashed and driven as hard as possible. A gang of hijackers are using super slick cars to knock off tucks and sell on the contents. The police send in an undercover cop, Brian (Paul Walker), who must infiltrate the underground world of illegal street racing. The king of the scene is local legend Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel), if Brian is going to find out anything about the hijackers he's got to get in with Dominic and his crew. From there on its streetracing, fist fights and tough guys bonding as Brian gets drawn deeper and deeper into Dominic's world.

Director Rob Cohen knows what his audience wants and gives it to them in spades, the soundtrack doesn't let up for a minute and he knows exactly how to use the ever excellent Vin Diesel, framing like a giant who dominates the film. Oh, one more point, make sure you watch right to the end of the credits to see the final fate of one of the characters.

2 Fast 2 Furious This high-revving sequel to The Fast And The Furious sees the return to the screen of disgraced cop Brian O'Connor (Paul Walker). Following his forced relocation to Miami he is rocketing the streets once more with his trademark super charged car chases.

Murderous businessman Carter Verone (Cole Hauser) is under investigation by the Miami authorities for using his import/export business as cover for an international money-laundering cartel. However, with no evidence but Verone's links to street racing, the cops need help.

With a promise to restore his police badge if he is successful, O'Connor is brought on board to disgrace Verone and bring about his downfall. Teaming up with his childhood friend and ex-con, Roman (Tyrese), the pair come across stunning undercover agent Monica Fuentes (Eva Mendes) who quickly becomes the key to the drug baron's world.

The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift When convicted street racer Sean Boswell (Lucas Black) tries to start a new life on the other side of the world, his obsession with racing sets him on a collision course with the Japanese underworld. To survive, he will have to master drifting a new style of racing where tricked-out cars slide through hairpin turns, defying gravity and death for the ultimate road rush. With more mind-blowing stunts and heart-pounding racing sequences than ever, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift puts you in the driver's seat.
