We buy 30kg of Sunflower Hearts - £27.99 Delivered. We mix it with porridge oats and the birds LOVE it! No waste whatsoever - they eat it all. Over the course of the year, it works out at around £5 per month - we limit it to 1 Feeder a Day, or else they'd be eating us out of House and Home!
I've tried the Wilko ones and the birds won't touch them for some reason.

Same here, they only get through them when there's literally nothing else left

Well they don't look or sound particularly appetising I suppose
Another example of the Prime zombies just buying from dreadful Amazon without checking proper stores which pay their taxes and keep the high street alive..
Being an expert of bird law and energy balls I can say these are of top quality.

I think this is where someone is supposed to say ... "I bet you're fun at parties!"

Too much fat, not enough balls.

Wait, what?
We buy from B&M 50 balls in bucket same as these but only £3.99! The birds love them. This doesn’t seem very good value at all. Cold.
I don't need these. We are surrounded by neighbours who have bird feeders all year round so our roofs often look like something out of the film 'The Birds'.
The sparrows, blackbirds, starlings and even a couple of pigeons go mad for the Wilko fat balls but they wasn't impressed by B&Ms version.
