After the food I've had on the occasions I've been roped into visiting these fine establishments, it would take more than a bit of a discount on the food for me to go back! Plastic food and poor service!

I haven’t had any issues but it may depend on which restaurant you visit

The food is rubbish! It's just the stock standard big chain dross I'm afraid.

I'd rather cook myself or go out to pubs and restaurants that are privately owned and run - they have a vested interest in having people leave happy. I keep using the taste card trials so it's not like it's expensive. But each to their own!

If your expectations are suitably low, then places like this can serve a purpose I guess if you can get big discounts. Otherwise, they are massively overpriced for the quality of the food you get
We went when our kids got us a groupon deal, I wouldn't go back. The food wasn't great, the dessert was the worst, I think we ended up with half each of the same waffle and no joke a lil sauce tin with a teaspoon of ice cream in. Paid extra for drinks and the milkshakes for the cost of them were really bad. I know my kids would totally leave still hungry. Without change from about £150.

Agreed - last one I went to was awful (Leeds). Food was cold, and my fish in batter was actually all batter with a tiny amount of fish filling. Horrible.
Wow F&B get a hard time on here

Indeed.

When the food is discounted like this I think it's good VFM.

Wouldnt want to pay full price, but dont think I ever have.
I’d personally rather eat something I found on a pavement outside F&B than ‘dine’ here again! Horrific food and ridiculous prices! As for service, that was disgusting too!

Great, everyones experience must be different as people are still giving some heat
I wonder if any of these negative comments were actually reported to staff?? Criticising in hindsight actually boils my blood, I like the food here, my hubby doesn't, each to their own but if it's substandard fgs tell the staff who'll go out of their way to rectify it. Commenting on the f&b fb page is good as headoffice actually take action and individual restaurant's have feedback and action taken 'if' really bad.
My app is showing something different, it's pizzas today for me, burgers tomorrow and pasta on Thursday for £5
Only a matter of time before their demise...
I like Frankie and Bennies, just regular diner food with good music.
