    Used to lie awake for ages, struggling to get to sleep, then discovered the Sleep playlist on Spotify. Set it to run for 20 minutes on the Echo Dot sitting on the bedside table each night, and I'm out like a light. Works every single time

    Worth a try if you don't want your pillows smelling like an old lady

    I bought some of this for £4.67 about 2 weeks ago. Judging by the reviews I think my sense of smell must be faulty because to me this has, at best, the scent of a very cheap old woman's perfume, and at worst an intense cheap toilet cleaning product smell. No idea where they get the lavender and chamomile from! After 20 minutes of trying to sleep I had to get up and change the pillow covers
