Cancellation by you: Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us. All cancellations must be made through Holiday Extras and are subject to the conditions and charges (based on the total booking cost) below.

*Subject to room availability. Offer is available for booking from 12:00 on 20th November 2023 – 23:59 on 3rd December 2023 for stay dates between 4th February and 15th March 2024. The booking is non-transferable and normal cancellation procedures apply. Family of 4 save up to 20% and this is available for over 50% of the stay dates. Children added to the booking will receive a waterpark ticket and breakfast free of charge. Waterpark entry is subject to capacity. Alton Towers Waterpark operates a strict adult to child ratio of: One adult (aged 16+) to one child aged 4 or under or one adult (aged 16+) to two children aged 5, 6 or 7. This is to comply with health and safety standards and must be adhered to. Adult Waterpark tickets are added at the time of booking and the cost is added within the package price of the short break.

Theme Park tickets will be included on dates when the park is open, between dates 10th February and 25th February inclusive. Theme Park ticket will not be included on any other dates.
