That's Texet and it's ok. I have one. If you want a fellowes, don't think you can get it cheaper.

had this 1 packed in after 3 months wouldnt recomend but had no problems returning it

From my experience of shredders (OK, three in the last 10 years) it's not worth paying for a "name". The Fellowes one I had lasted just over a year. When it packed in I took it to bits - the problem was a small toothed wheel was made in nylon\plastic and it had shed most of it's teeth - hence no shredding. Fellowes don't do any spare parts so it was a write off. The Challenge one from Argos actually turned out to be the best - it's just about failing now after about 5 years of use. I've taken it to bits (can't see what's wrong with it) and it looks just as well manufactured as the Fellowes one.

voted cold - the reviews seem that if the small nylon cog loses it teeth then its 'game-over' as fellows do not surply that cog

No stock in my area at all and not for home delivery.

Had this for a few years now and still works great. I don't use it excessively however.

Just use a firepit or chimnea, much safer and less hassle.

None in East Midlands
Good deal if you can find one in your area though.

Owch

Shredders need the cutters to be oiled on a regular basis. A machine that is designed to shred 7 sheets at a time (as these ones usually are) will see the quantity dramatically reduce if it is not oiled and this puts extra stress on the internal parts. I also have the Argos Challenge one at home and after 10 years is still working perfectly. A little TLC goes a long way.

I had this shredder, over heats very quickly or gets stuck even with a couple of sheets. Deffo Not replacing with another

Not much point in an offer that is out of stock in a radius of over 150 miles from me.. I hate these vapour offers.
voted cold because it really isn't widely available

Because you're a week and 6 days late to deal.

OOS for miles and miles for me.

Next best bet:

wilko.com/search?q=*&parentCategoryRef=laminatorsandshredders

The insides are often the same in branded/non branded, made by the same place in China.

oil and never let a staple near the cutters they will last.
