Massive bargain

feck sake HOTUKDEALS!!! Need to stay off this site, impulse buy. HUGE BARGAIN, have some heat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome! Thanks

Worth noting that this is a re-badged Chinese Squier so that's the kind of quality you should be expecting... even if it DID say Squier on the headstock this is still a bargain! Heat added!

That's really not true at all.

Thanks for the fantastic deal OP! Just popped on to pass on my appreciation and say that as a result of this find I've promised not to come on this site again until 2015, it's just too dangerous! Hope you all enjoy the rest of the year.

Very tempted, this is a great price.

Not tempted anymore, had to buy at that price. Crazy, £300+ in most places, one even going used for £325 on the bay!

which colour you go for? Thomman are great at making their production photos look a lot better then the actual item, I like the red from the images but I am thinking it will end up being a gaudy red when I see it for real.

Yeah the red as the sunburst was OOS.

I quite like that though tbh!

Ah I would so buy this if I had the money..or if they offered finance options..looks lovely.

cheap **** I can handle, but can people not post **** like this when I'm drunk and just got back from a gig. so tempted to buy. I will see what sober me says tomorrow.

Anybody on here used Thomann..?
Website says delivery to UK in 3-5 days via DHL & that seems about right from Germany but i've never used an International retailer before.
I'm after a Novation BassStation II & they're £399 over here but £333 from Thomann with free delivery. Tempted.
The Fender Modern Player range has received great reviews in the guitar magazines & this looks like a great deal. Heat, heat, heat.

Used thomann a couple of times, highly recommend them.

noticed a few people mentioning the volume knob being very close to the bridge pick-up and causing them to hit it occidentally quite often.

hmmm, it is very close and I can imagine that being annoying..

At least it hasn't got the ridiculous jaguar tremolo on it that rattles when you hit it's multiple resonant frequencies...

ordered this in red... Thanks op

Used them plenty of times, they're excellent. If you didn't know they're based in Germany. There's a flat rate shipping on everything they do, I think around £12 and you won't pay VAT or import duty either. You'll get the product/s in a few days time usually.

I've just noticed the OP says the delivery is now FREE to the UK, this sounds like a bargain to me.

Yeah I noticed that before looking at the reviews which just reinforced the opinion...looking again at the pic mattzildjian put up and it really does look like it'd be a problem for me at least. Not hugely impressed with the toggle position either.

loads of time. They're great. Also leave a fairly decent review of anything you buy and you tend to get a thank you email with discount voucher (not always)

I'm not sure whether to go for black or red? I'm left handed but to be honest I buy mostly right handed guitars and change the nut and play it a la Hendrix but er not as good as him for some reason

This is a great deal. However for the ebayers out there if you filter by sold items they're not going for massively more than this.. Usually around £180-200

Yup also seen them going for £269 at Gak. I think if you want to make any money on these guitars you'd have sell them down the pub You might make £100 on it, not sure why you'd bother for such a pittance profit. I say buy these if you want to play them and have some fun, great guitar for the money.

I've got guitars worth couple thousand each, I bought them in the 90's for a quarter of the price, however it's quite difficult to buy guitars cheap and make money on them, unless you're doing it as a larger business. If you want to make money on guitars it's a long term investment and choosing the right model is essential. It won't be paying for your retirement

I've been gigging with this guitar for the last 9 months and I don't find the volume and tone locations a problem. in fact if like me you use the volume and tone nobs to change your tone while playing then the location is pretty good

You bought the wrong guitar then, this guitar is designed not to have a pick guard. You should have bought an original style of Jaguar guitar.

I've seen these modded with pickguards and bixby bridges and they look sweet .. Happy with my purchase thanks.

Must... resist...
